Our Responsibilities as your Tax Practitioner

As a registered tax agent, Hardy Business Advisory Pty Ltd will perform Tax Agent Services in accordance with the Tax Agents Services Act 2009 (TASA), which includes giving the client the following information:

1. The Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) maintains a public register of Tax Agents and BAS Agents. The register can be accessed and searched by clicking here. 
2. We must advise you how you can make a complaint about a Tax Agent Service (including a BAS service) you have received. A complaint can be made in writing to the TPB via their website and their complaint form / process – click here.
